  • The Athletic Department is open 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, and is located off the commons.

Open Gyms/Conditioning 2019

Open gyms are offered every Sunday afternoon starting on January 6th!

January 6, 13, 20 and February 2 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the HS Fieldhouse.

February 10, 17, 24 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the HS Fieldhouse.

March 3, 10 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the HS Fieldhouse.

The open gyms/conditioning sessions are not mandatory, but they are a great chance to kick the ball around and connect with the program. Shin guards are a must.

Additional Options:

Bigger, Faster, Stronger strength training program runs after school from 3:30 to 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday in the HS weight room. Speed training starts in January, Wednesday mornings from 6:00 - 7:00 am in the HS Fieldhouse. These programs are run by certified coaches.
